This year the team has decided to throw down a challenge to every single person, optimistic or pessimistic, business owner or politician, teacher or student, young or old are all invited to act out and have their own Random Act of Pumpkins. This year's Random Act of Pumpkins will take place on Oct 29th, 2011. Cottage Coffee will begin selling pumpkins starting Oct 10th, with all profits going to the Children's Wish foundation.   Stay tuned for what events are being planned in Westport for this year's event. We encourage you all to get out and act out this year and help us raise some money for Children's Wish Foundation.

 Random Events in Westport on Oct 29th

*Windows of Westport Competitors 11am-4pm

You be the judge...come out to participating businesses and choose your favorite window or outdoor display.  Drop your ballot to Jake by the Lake 11am-4pm.   
Winner announced at 5:00pm

COTTAGE COFFEE-15 Church Street 10am-4pm
Building the Great Wall of Pumpkins at Cottage Coffee beginning at 1O am (bring your carving tools), live Music from 1 pm until 4 pm.

JAKE BY THE LAKE-12 Bedford Street 11am-4pm
"The Great Pumpkin" carved pumpkin competition-bring your pumpkin between 11am-4pm.  Judging will take place, with the winners announced at 4:30pm.  Great Prizes with both children and adult categories.
